hilarious day but tiring day too.
chouchou came back leh! (shes my motivation lolll) hor miss tohshumin.
started off with pt,
umm the pumpings and crunches(?!) are ummm,
tiring. lol which caused the rest of the exercise to be not so tiring.
then, had run. lol climbing up and down the stairs was quite fun.
jeng imitate mr chia voice for timing lolll.
drove the whole fac to laugh like crazy.

footdrill up next,
ummm, i prefer doing footdrill as a team.
cus, 4teams tgt turned out to be messy.
and somehow timings and commands were not so xi guan.
lol but it rocks still :D
footdrill is coolio.
lunch-ed. lunch with ambulance were always fun-.-

it was super funny, me and chunyi was running and running and we carn find anyone.
until we reached the 4th storey and saw cherngyew there hahha.
we did tell the ambulance it was spinallll! grrrr.
oh nvm :D lolll.
jeng, im not crying-.- stupid boy.
so somehow somewhat we lifted cherngyew up and onto the stretcher.
by the time they transport him down, i think hes alr dead lolll.
anyway yah toc. 6man stretcher lol.
ummm, had to go meet zelin sir so jiaying took over me :D

debrief for the evacuation thing was cool.
